Konfin Selekcija

Konfin Selekcija is a premium blend built around three varieties: 50% Istarska bjelica, 30% Frantoio and 20% Leccino. Istarska bjelica provides structure and a strong character, Frantoio contributes green and aromatic notes, while Leccino rounds out the blend with elegance and softness. The result is a complex, intensely fruity oil with pronounced yet balanced bitterness and a long pungent finish — a selection for moments when olive oil is not merely an addition to a dish, but an essential part of it.
