TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the webshop and the purchase of products offered through the website by Poljoprivredna zadruga MASLINARI ISTRE, Krasica 44a, 52460 Buje-Buie, Croatia, OIB: 31910904212 (the “Seller”).
Orders and contract formation
The customer selects the product, quantity and any available options and completes the order through checkout. Before the order is submitted, the customer must be clearly shown the main product information, final price, delivery cost, payment method and other material information. An order is treated as received when the Seller receives the electronic order and sends an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
If a product is no longer available because of a technical error, simultaneous purchase or another justified reason, the customer will be informed without undue delay. If payment has already been made, the amount paid for the unavailable product will be refunded using the appropriate refund method.
Prices and availability
All prices are displayed in euro and include VAT where VAT is applicable. The final price, including applicable VAT, delivery charges and other applicable costs, is shown before the order is completed. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs charges or local taxes may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country and are not included in the price unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. A product marked RASPRODANO / SOLD OUT remains visible in the webshop but cannot be added to the cart or ordered until it becomes available again.
Payment and delivery
Payment is available by card through Stripe. Delivery is arranged through GLS to international destinations available in the webshop. The exact delivery charge is calculated automatically in the WooCommerce cart and at checkout according to the destination and delivery rules and is shown to the customer before the order is confirmed. Right of withdrawal
A consumer entering into a distance contract has the right, in the cases and under the conditions provided by applicable consumer-protection rules, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For sales of goods, the period generally begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Certain statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply. They are applied only where the legal conditions for the specific product or situation are met.
Complaints
Customers may submit a written complaint to the Seller’s postal address or by e-mail to info@maslinari-istre.com. The Seller will acknowledge the complaint and respond within 15 days of receipt in accordance with applicable Croatian consumer-protection rules.
For damaged, incorrectly delivered or non-conforming goods, the applicable consumer-protection and conformity rules apply. These Terms & Conditions and contracts concluded through the webshop are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be excluded by agreement under applicable law.
