Nature captured in drops of pure enjoyment. Our Buža is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil with expressive fruitiness and aromas of fresh olive fruit, green banana and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is smooth and harmonious, with medium bitterness and an elegant pungent finish. Delicate yet distinctive, it pairs especially well with fine fish, carpaccio, risotto, fresh cheeses and creative desserts.
