The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

Delivery, Returns, and Claims

Worldwide delivery is available to destinations enabled in the webshop and is arranged through GLS. The exact delivery charge is calculated automatically in the WooCommerce cart and at checkout according to the destination and the applicable GLS price list or delivery rules. The customer sees the final delivery charge before confirming the order. Delivery may be restricted for certain remote or unavailable destinations where such a restriction is shown in the webshop.

The estimated dispatch time is 2-5 business days after successful payment authorisation. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and GLS. Stated delivery times are estimates unless a specific deadline is expressly guaranteed by the webshop. Customs procedures may extend delivery times for destinations outside the European Union.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

If the customer receives a visibly damaged parcel, the wrong product, or believes the delivered goods do not match the order, please contact us without undue delay at info@maslinari-istre.com, stating the order number, describing the issue and, where possible, attaching photographs of the parcel and product.

Withdrawal and return of goods

A consumer may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days where the legal conditions are met. The Croatian Model Withdrawal Form is downloaded by clicking “DOWNLOAD THE WITHDRAWAL FORM (PDF)”. The consumer may also send another unequivocal statement of withdrawal.

Where withdrawal is valid, the Seller will reimburse, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal, all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller. Any additional cost resulting from the consumer choosing a more expensive delivery method is not reimbursed. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise and incurs no additional fees as a result. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or the consumer provides evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The consumer must send or hand back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing the Seller of the withdrawal, to the return address: Poljoprivredna zadruga MASLINARI ISTRE, 1. maja 1a, 52215 Vodnjan, Croatia. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the Seller expressly agrees to bear that cost or the law requires otherwise. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where the conditions for the specific goods or situation are met.
